We are in need of Event Sponsorships for this rockin’ night of fun! Each of the following items will include your logo and/or name displayed in our auction catalog, and on our website prior to the event. In addition, you will be acknowledged verbally and visually through our video presentation the night of the event.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR (Limit 1) - $5,000

• Logo and/or name prominently displayed on stage.
• Be remembered as the sponsor who helped bring us Pat Cashman and The Band!

PHOTOGRAPHY SPONSOR (Limit 1) - $2,500

• Logo and/or name prominently displayed on picture backdrop.
• Your logo will be permanently captured in the background of each guests entry photo, enabling your logo to be viewed for years to come.

BACK OF BID CARD SPONSOR (Limit 1) - $2,000

• Logo and/ or name displayed on the back of the bid cards used for the auction.

BAR AND BEVERAGE SPONSOR (Limit 2) - $1,500

• Logo and/or name prominently displayed by bar.
• Everyone appreciates a sponsor who is responsible for bringing good drinks to an event.  Whether someone’s preferred drink is wine, beer, coca-cola or ginger ale, your logo will be there to greet them when they order!

CIGAR ROOM SPONSOR (Limit 1) - $1,500

• Logo and/or name prominently displayed by cigar area.
• Be the first to sponsor this unique item! Upon commencement of the live auction portion of the evening, there will be an outdoor tent furnished with chairs, tables and, of course, cigars! 

KARAOKE SINGER SPONSOR (Limit 10) - $1,000

• Ability to participate yourself or sponsor someone else to participate in our Rockstar Karaoke contest. You are able to choose your own song for the band to learn. There will be a prize for the winning song, which will be determined by audience participation.
  

CATALOG SPONSOR (Limit 2) - $750

• Logo and/ or name prominently displayed in catalog.
• Your name and logo will be featured on a full page of our catalog of this spectacular evening’s event.

GENERAL EVENT SPONSOR (No Limit) - $500

• Haven’t found what you’re looking for above? Sign up to be an event sponsor and we will display your Logo and/or name at the event and on our website.

• Gamer Packages: X-Box, Wii, PS3
• Get-a-ways: Got a villa in Vegas? A hut in Hawaii?
• Get-togethers: Host a wine tasting party, a dinner at your home, a party in a private club…
• One-of-a-kind items: This could be anything, from art to jewelry to something singularly cool!

A new idea for our gala event, we have large baskets to give out for companies and groups to fill as a silent auction item. Or, if the collection really rocks (as our event is sure to), we will put it in the Live auction. We will even arrange delivery and pick up. Please let us know if you would like a basket to fill…and help fund a cure!
